When DVDs took over from Videotapes , most people dumped them on mass , i remember seeing an entire skip at the dump just for videotapes , the charity shops would not take them and carboots were selling them at 10p each "". I keep contact with 4 or 5 old school friends but only really see them maybe 2 or 3 times a year although i do go on hol most years with one particular friend and go to shows etc etc as we have the same interests in life. Funny , after i posted this comment^^^^^^^ i actually joined a facebook group...

LE Mans 1966 fantastic film. This is definately on my to watch list, loved the story of this and it's such a shame with what they did to Ken and what happened to him as he was supposed to be stupid fast and they capped him as he wasn't their Star driver. Im a detectorist myself , have been for years, but beware lots have an undeserved bad reputation for "nighthawking" ie detecting scheduled monuments and such places at night illegally. Best join a club then you will have access to all sorts of decent places to detect. I do some of mine on seashores ...
