Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 129

"Hardest game of all-time'

Great idea for an atricle but some poor choices IMO.

Contra is probably the most overrated game in terms of difficulty.
Same for Mega Man (and its NES sequels were less challenging).

Re: Retro Gamer Issue 123

I discovered some mistakes within the magazine though. Maya, Kim Wu and Tusk made their first appearance in Kiler Instinct 2 (as opposed to the original). I had Maya, Kim Wu and Tusk's first appearances down as KI2 in the article that I submitted, so I'm guessing something must have gone awry at so...

I loved the cover.

Alfred Chicken also appeared in a game for PlayStation and Maya, Kim Wu and Tusk made their first appearance in Kiler Instinct 2 (as opposed to the original).

Re: From the forum issue 124 - Favourite Activision game

Although developed by Interplay my favourite Activision game must be "The Adventures of Rad Gravity" on NES. A seriously underrated game. Never had there been a NES game with so much weirdness and originality.

Re: Retro Gamer Issue 118 - Feedback Thread

Not the best issue ever but not the worst either, mediocre really. Cover is excellent and the Flashback article is just as good, also great are Defender of the Crown and Amazon Queen + Globe Trotters. Paul Davies was good this month Populous deserves much more space, especially when we see the appa...

Microprose Soccer. In what other game can you play as Oman and beat Brazil using your banana power?

Re: For the forum issue 86

That has to be "Solstice: The Quest for the Staff of Demnos". I love this game's graphics and music (the intro song is one of the best tunes ever on the NES). It's a challenge to beat this game too and making a map is essential to beat it.

Re: Official Feedback Issue 85

Love the cover, and enjoyed the Sonic Spinball article and there are more articles in there I'm certainly going to check.

But Faxanadu deserves more than 3 stars!

Re: Issue 81 - Official Feedback Thread

I really liked the Wizards & Warriors feature, but there's some wrong info it because the Game Boy game was released in Europe.

It was featured in the Classic issue of Club Nintendo overhere, and I own an Italian copy of the game.

Re: Official feedback for Issue 64

Eddie in Pixel Perfect. Isn't that the sam character as Flip-Top? I think so, then his first appearance was in Mega Man 4.

Re: Official feedback for issue 62

Great issue.

One point, A Boy and His Blob has a sequel on the Game Boy. Namely "The Rescue of Princess Blobette". This wasn't mentioned in your article about the upcoming Wii game.

You missed one really nice game in the articles about product placement in games. It's "Yogho! Yogho! Spel". For the Dutch market, I think you could get it by sending some cut-out barcodes to the company who made Yogho! Yogho! (a yoghurt drink). http://www.abandonia.com/sv/games/17184/Yogho+Yogho.html
