Cover tapes - interesting read, surprised not much mentioned on cover CDs of original retro mag too.

Frogger - currently dug up Konami Arcade Advanced # I did't know the Konami cheat worked on these games for modern remakes. Enjoying frogger update. Thanks :)

Jetpac - great shooter with varient crafts and aliens. I found as series went on, the games got more frustrating to play and try to stay alive, and steering away from the "arcade style" of the first.

Best version I found a few years ago is neo geo pocket color. Pacman plays vertical which fits whole on screen so you can see all goings on. It seems to play as most accurate version. Also get a version with the cross ring, a red ring which cancels diagonals forcing stick up down left and right........

Metal Slug XX is released for PSP tomrrow (Friday) £20 amazon. ... I like the retro arcade feel of this series of games. And a great run and gun genre. (MS 7 severely underated on DS imo) Look forward adding to my metal slug collection and PSP retro games, such as outrun, and ghouls and ghosts
