Re: Game values rising! :(
I find everybody is greedy price wise these days be it eBay, Boot Sales or high street. Finding geniune bargains can still be done but luck plays a big part.
Rarest PS1 game you say - looking at some of the 'L@@K RARE!' auctions on eBay you'd think its Fifa 99 or Gran Turisimo

Untouchables on the Spectrum - great game full of neat touches, way ahead of its time I reckon.

Re: From the forum question for issue 67
If I'm not to late for this then I have to say Supercars 2 on the Amiga. So much fun in two player if you had equally matched players and the soundtrack still plays in my head now. And don't forget the questions in between races - quality game in need of an update on Live or WiiWare.

Re: What did you buy at the carboot today ??
I picked up Ridge Racer Type 4 complete for 50p, Sonic Mega Collection Plus for £2 and a Slimline PS2 for the spare room for £10 with 2 official pads, memory cards and 5 games too. Well happy with that.

Re: Resident Evil's
I agree with what you say with the exception of Res Evil 4 on the Wii which is fab You're right, the Wii version really adds to the Resident Evil 4 experience. I've bought them all with the hope that I'll enjoy it more than I enjoyed the previous one but never really have other than RE4 on the Wii....

Re: New Vs Old - Super Mario 64 Vs Super Mario Galaxy
Galaxy is one of the few games that has captured my imagination and made me play it to complettion in recent times but I'm still going to say Mario 64 is the better game.

Re: Favourite Mega Drive moment
Ahhh, good times. Although playing Sonic for the first time, playing 2 player Toejam and Earl and honking the air horn in the original FIfa endlessley everytime I scored a goal stand out I still remember the day I bought my Megadrive. It was £189 from Toys R us in Southampton and came bundled with A...

Re: Hot Topic - Best 2D Mega Drive/Mega CD Sonic
I have a Mega CD and a copy of Sonic CD and as much as I enjoy playing it I still voted for Sonic 2 - theres something about it which makes it the best 2D Sonic game.

I subscribe - I got a years worth paid for by my wife as a wedding anniversary present a while ago. Great present.
I should try and visit the forums more often as I do enjoy joining in the chat but find with work and a 10 month old it gets hard trying to fit it all in.

Re: Charity shops that sell games.
In one of the charity shops in Alton (in Hampshire) last week they had a Beatmania on the PS1 - it had the large outer box and turntable controller but no game. And all for £3 - bargain.
Its just being lucky and in the right place at the right time. I've even seen 360 games crop up now and again.

Boxed and complete with instructions - this is the players choice version of the Gamecube classic. I have two of these for some reason.
