Re: Official Feedback Issue 100 + Issue 1

I've been away from RG for a while but was tempted back with issue 100 sitting proud in my local Smiths - and what an issue! Free issue 1 reprint and an interview with Mr Braybrook - you really can't ask for better than that. So heres a big thank you to all the guys involved with the magazine over t...

Re: Back to the Eighties / Nineties comments

Maybe once Back To The Eighties has run it's course it could be compiled and made into one of those coffee table type bookazines? That's 240 pages of retro right there at your fingertips!

Great to see Level 9 featured as text adventures always seem to be down the pecking order. I don't know if they've been featured in early issues but something on Zenobi or Gilsoft would be great.

Or take a closer look at the news section of Back To The Eighties. Vixen featuring on the cover of Playtoy! Would make a great read with articles on Wet Set Jilly, Throbbing Gristle and Back To The Titties!

Could it be a candidate for the Christmas cover?!

Yah - off the bottom and moving upwards at last. It's almost mirroring my real team, Spurs, an atrocious start but suddenly moving in the right direction.

Eurogamer has stopped? It seemed OK this evening.

Don't know you I'm afraid, just been a long time lurker on several forums and retro chatrooms over the years.

Mr Drury's Desert Island Disks are always a great read and I also like the Retro Revivals a lot - they break up the pace of the magazine nicely. Also a fan of the "Back To" series. They're a nice way to start the magazine before taking you into the meatier articles. The screenshots and captions are ...

I kind of agree with Dudley - and I'm not sure what the point of another magazine/fanzine would be. Surely it would be like restarting RF all over again and even with the best of intentions, rivalries germinate when there is competition. RF v RG v RS all over again? No thank you. I'm not against com...
