Re: Weekend Gamer - R.I.P.

Sorry for bumping an old thread but I totaly missed this the first time around.. I was looking around for something and stumbled upon this chat and I just wanted to say thankyou for all the kind words and fondness you have shown for our little project. SirClive and I had a lot of fun making both the...

Re: Dragon Age II

Having finished both Dragon age (Including all the add-ons) and DA:2 I can honestly say that DA:2 is the poorer game. After enjoying Dragon Age so much I was disapointed to find the DA:2 is more like a cut down "Dragon Age lite" for people that can't be arsed to play an "epic" as it were. You could ...

Collectors guide to the amsturd should be one sentance, "Dont bother, it's crap and every game on it is a poor version of a specrum game"

Re: Official Feedback Issue 91

Fantastic issue this month covering some genuine classic games. Next months issue looks like a pile of donkey turd though, I might not even bother opening the plastic bag when it arrives and instead just bung it in the games room under a pile of rubbish such as Rise of the Robots and The Great Space...

Re: So, who doesn't give a crap about Zelda?

I have found them to be dull to look at and boring to play..
The only one I enjoyed was Wind Waker which not only looked far better than all the others it seemed to have some charm about it, which is why I don't understand how people tend to find it the worse Zelda out of the lot.?

Re: LA Noire

L.A. Noire is an amazing game COMPLETLEY RUINED by one small thing.. The game constantly tells you that your wrong instead of letting you take a certain path during an investication on your own. This means I have to keep constantly quiting the game and starting a case again rather than work my way t...

Re: Issue 90 feedback thread

For me this issue is extremly well made but very poor in content.. Zelda has been done to death, even the cover is a copy of another issue... I personaly think the games are very dull to look at and boring to play. The only one I liked was Wind Waker on the cube and everyone else seems to hate it, e...

Re: Issue 89 Feedback thread

Another great issue with only 2 minor drawbacks.. 1. Far too much Street Fighter II - The page with the "rogues gallery" for instance is just a waste of a page IMO.. 2. Not enough Wizzball or Samurai Warrior - The battles of Usagi Yojimbo for a C64 based issue. I have to agree that Sential probably ...

Re: Official Issue 88 Feedback

Unfortunately, Missile Command is one of those games (IMO) which just can't be re-done unless the control is there. Not a pad or a joystick. Not a touch screen or a motion controller. It has to be played with the trackball to fully appreciate it. It's unfortunate that so many great games can't be p...
