Ooh, yeah... I was watching a mate play that the other day, and it looked dead cool. I'd love to have a go at that... it looked very playable. :D

I love those little moments you get on Super Smash Bros where you get bored of your weapon and unthinkingly throw it away, PRECISELY as one of your opponents jumps directly into the path of its trajectory and gets donked off the screen. You then spend the next 30 seconds trying frantically to think ...

Oh actually, now you've said that, I can't remember if Super Star Wars on the SNES was my first movie-tie-in... I remember that fairly clearly...

I was a bit bored this weekend, so I dug out my old Donkey Kong Country 3 cart. I never liked the game, so I never finished it... however I was able to play through to the final world in about two hours :)

Jurassic Park on the SNES. I remember looking everywhere for a copy of Super Mario World, but, inexplicably, none of the game shops had it. Eventually I found one shop that was giving it away free with copies of Jurassic Park. Since I was planning to pay top-whack price for SMW, I snapped it up - as...

Those old 80's Jackie/Sammo/Biao movies are some of my absolute favourite martial arts movies. Wheels on Meals is my favourite - that made me laugh so hard the first time I watched it, and Benny the Jet (a personal hero of mine) just looked SO cool in that final fight with Jackie :D Watching Yuen Bi...

What films can anyone recommend for fantastic Tae Kwon Do scenes? Anything with Hwang Jang Lee - the original Drunken Master maybe. Also, maybe try the Black Sheep Affair... it's a bit wireworky and effects heavy and the story is pap, but it's Korean-made and features lots of TKD. The fight at the ...

For two, I'm more into doing retro-style 2D games than 3D stuff, which seems to be DarkBasic's speciality. What have you been reading!? I've been reading http://darkbasic.thegamecreators.com/ , which is the first thing that comes up on Google. It states "DarkBASIC - The Ultimate 3D Games Creator". ...
