Yes, they did a recall on CFC DS and released a fixed version.

I was making the point that the most recent releases (including but not limited to 'HD' re-releases) in the series have failed to meet sales expectations. Those are the facts. Quality game. For another surprisingly good competent 16-bit fighter, give Power Rangers: The FIghting Edition a go on the SNES.
