I love retro for the simple reason that I find playing most modern games a bit of a chore and sit there for hours sometimes feeling obliged just to finish it to get my moneys worth. I play retro games because I want to!

Picked up the new issue last night. Well done chaps, it was a great read. Enjoyed the article on Ocean immensely and it nearly bought tears to my eyes looking at games that I used to play in my youth. The balance between Consoles and Computers in this months mag was nigh on perfect! More of the same...

In no particular order........ 1. Heroes of the Pacific - Xbox Very similar to Secret Weapons over Normandy. I still have fond memories of Shinobi and R-Type on the Sega Master System.
Having made the leap from my trusty Spectrum 48k to the world of colour graphics had a massive impact on me at the time.
