Re: Labour Election Results

I have no time for Cameron but this strikes me as someone with a grudge trying to sell his book. I agree fully, the 'someone' in this case being Lord Ashcroft. The only reason I really mentioned it is that most of the people who are now shuffling their feet, staring at the ground and mumbling about...

Re: NOW LOADING!!

Soldier Of Fortune on Dreamcast is a bad one. You can be staring at loading screens for well over a minute at times. Half Life on Dreamcast had frequent troublesome load times too, possibly why it wasn't officially released in the end. Popolocrois on PSP is a really good RPG, but I find it almost un...

Re: Favourite RG Forum moments

Hi tdogg nice to see you on here.Yeah the way some were treated for pointing out inaccuracies in the mag feedback threads were a joke and good members went because of it. Yo. :) Nice to see that even with all the crap that's happened and some of the bile that people have posted about each other on ...

Re: Labour Election Results

More worryingly, Corbyn has shown a terrible lack of judgement by having a fling in the distant past with the world's most unattractive woman, that ol' hypocrite, Diane Abbott. What was he thinking?! Possibly the exact same thing that Cameron was thinking in the distant past when he shoved his geni...

Magnificent Seven member reporting in here. Low points for me: Krustygate. Yeah, I'm not particularly proud of some of the comments I posted around that time but it was worth it to get rid of Krusty (at least in that guise, he's probably still here). Can't say I enjoyed any of it mind you, or laugh ...

Re: What Films/TV Have you Watched Recently?

But I'm knit picking. If you're a JP fan, just go see it. You'll have a good time. I didn't enjoy it much, unfortunately. What was good: The special effects - fantastic. And the action scenes held my interest and were quite entertaining. What was bad: The storyline. Almost zero continuity from the ...

Re: The General Election

I'd love to see a 'benefits street' style program that follows these people home to see what they actually have. And herein lies a massive part of the problem with this country....an electorate who, thanks (in large part) to constant brainwashing by the right wing tabloid rags and pathetic attempts...

Re: Amiibo

Quite annoyed with the stunt Nintendo pulled earlier. After promising preorders would be available at 3pm, they decided to throw them up there at around 2.40pm, then send emails telling everybody at about 2.52pm. Unsurprisingly not all of us are able to be logged onto our personal emails all day and...

Re: Poll 2 - Who would you vote for NOW.

Yes but by that logic no party in power can ever be held accountable for anything because you can just say... well the opposition should have voted against it that just doesn't wash for me. There has to be accountability. So if you vote in favour of something, and then the people in charge go along...

As for zero hours contracts - I'm not saying they are the perfect state of employment, but some people are absolutely fine with them. My step-dad is on a zero hour contract working at Tesco. He knows a month in advance what hours he will be working, states what days he cannot work and often gets th...

Re: Games that don't get the attention they deserve

Hard to tell. Seems to be an on-off story with Prey 2. There were meant to have been emails leaked last August confirming that it was still in development?

Not sure anybody's 100% sure at this point  I'd like to see it get made though.

So is this games that don't get the attention they deserve or lets disagree with people opinions on what game don't get the recognition they deserve? You're right actually, I took things off topic with personal opinions there. Sorry. I do actually hope Bethesda get Prey 2 out soonish (still in deve...

Re: Games that don't get the attention they deserve

Prey was an interesting concept with good production values but it did have some massively glaring faults and a couple of very poor gameplay design choices....anybody who wasn't completely fed up with the tedious minigame you had to endure every time you ran out of health by the end of the game, or ...
