Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
Happy with their E3 showing: No More Heroes is a big fave of mine, so I'm obviously delighted there's a sequel incoming. With that, Link's Awakening, Mario Maker and Revolver's indie stuff, I'll be kept plenty busy!

Celeste and Cuphead digital for the Switch, since they're both marginally cheaper than usual.
In terms of physical, I finally cracked on the PS Classic. $29, and it should be good for tinkering. I'm currently in the hunt for a MEGA CD and possibly a PC Engine Core.

I'm not overly familiar with post-SSF2, so this'll be fantastic. Budget-priced, too.

Oh, that looks right up my alley! I've been playing Everybody's Gold on PS4 religiously, despite not caring much at all for golf games previously.

Ordered one yesterday, after waiting to see how it fared in its first year. Picked up Mario Odyssey for starters.
Any recommendations for indie exclusives in the eshop? I have Blaster Master Zero for the 3ds, which I very much enjoyed.

Re: 2018 gaming predictions
Totally agree on the Gameboy Mini. Perhaps it will add color to b&w games? I think MS will be close to dropping out. Which I think is a shame, but the PS4 has hoovered up everything worth playing. Lootcrate-gate will drive many from the arms of modern games....perhaps into the arms of retro gaming? ...

Re: wii U
I picked one up this year on the back of a pretty great deal. It's...alright. There's some great hidden and not-so-hidden gems on there - Wonderful 101, Yoshi's Wooly World, Mario Maker - but I suspect most if not all of the stand-out games will be coming to the Switch. I found the controller made m...
