Re: Top five retro worst Batman video games

I quite like the Amiga Batman arcade adventure game. The rest did indeed look pants!

Is it just me or are you out of sync when talking? Great vid though. :)

Retro Gamer - Issue 193

Anyone else got this? Subscriber cover is Mortal Combat... can't get it at the mo as it's in the car - that's at work! Some great stuff in there (I'm no Mortal Combat fan) but 35 Mastertronic Games is a nice little article (after the disappointment of the Kickstarter book not coming off) woul...

Re: Antstream - Now Live on Kickstarter!

It's a great idea and one that I'm going to keep an eye on. If it does work well, the £40 option with a years membership seems like good value. I hope any lag issues are minimal as it'll be much easier than setting up each system on emulators (or getting the real system set up!). If it's gettting cl...

To be fair if there was an Amstrad action pamphlet I’ll join Senser in moaning about what a waste of money that’ll be :)
But wasn't the Amstrad just an upgraded Spectrum with crappy scrolling?

Great issue as ever but...

'Star Trek Bridge Commander allowed budding Jedi masters to control iconic craft like the Millennium Falcon' under a pic of the USS Enterprise!

'Nuff said :)
I believe that was a joke.

Also a great Rob Hubbard article (and a FREE CD) to go with it. Listening to that in my car :)

Re: Fantasy F1

Did mine. Mercedes look like they have done their homework and kept quiet about it!!
I really hope another team can give us some sort of competition because I think Hamilton Vs Bottas would be a little one sided (and very boring).

Fantasy F1

I'm more a lurker on forums - this is pretty much the only one I actively use, but last year I joined the Retro Canteen F1 Fantasy league. I was rubbish  But they are at it again so I joined up. Anyone here fancy going up against the Canteen? https://ff1gp.com/league-scores/1471-retrocanteen-f1...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 191

I think Amstrad users have to justify their love of the machine as 'normal' people just don't get it :D

I've only ever used Amstrad emulators and not the machine itself - but to me, the games always look like jerky scrolling with coloured in Speccy graphics.

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 191

Are you still a moderator of this forum? He's obviously wrong and you are obviously correct. The C64 was considered by most people to be the best games machine. :) I'm going to sit down tomorrow and have a good read of the Amstrad article :) Am I wrong, maybe technically, but here is an old post fr...
