Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 204

It's a great article on the PC Engine. Not read anything else yet... BUT, it looks like the cover was produced by a 5yr old that's been asked to draw a games console :O Some of the Subs covers have been really good - this is the worst so far (imho)... as with always, the content is the stuff that co...

Re: Tetris 99

I think this is great, but I do get SO wound up with these stupid attacks! I want to play to see who lasts the longest, not have a couple of guys (playing on one pad) attacking you.

Sometimes I get wiped out in seconds! I've done top 3 once though.

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 202

Did you know that the total sales of Amstrad CPCs were close to that of the Amigas and Atari STs? Are you talking about the main gaming CPC 464 that was in competition with the C64 and Speccy? All I can find is around 2 million units sold (17 million C64's and 5 Million Speccy's - along with 6 mill...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 202

Making of Ghost Hunters - There seems to be a bit of an overload with Amstrad this month. The 3 owners must be over the moon! Did you know that the total sales of Amstrad CPCs were close to that of the Amigas and Atari STs? Re: JSW guided tour (issue 201)

To be fair to you though, you've cultivated a relationship with Matt over many years and so in all likelihood without that in place we'd never get an article like this so you should take some of the praise for a journalistic job well done. Agreed, and tbh I'd go a step further and say you should ta...

Re: Aaaaaaaaaargh! HOME takes you to the Web Site!

Just click on the archive link in my last post. That shows it has changed. If they, at Future get all excited due to the increased amount of hits on the RG web site... then this will be why! I still hit the bloody thing and end up there. I just scream at the screen and hit page back now. Grrrrrrrrrr...

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

I've been looking for deals on games but there isn't much in the way of big savings. Not opened the box yet and it won't be open until Xmas day - so no online sale stuff for me yet, also I've not actually bought any games! Is it worth getting a years family online membership or should we just stick ...
