Re: Tracking lateness

Not for me, I've ordered a replacement (yet again). Since I have ordered so many replacements they now write: "I have also placed your subscription on to monitored delivery going forward - this means that future issues will be sent out in plain envelopes to see if this resolves the delivery problems...

Re: Tracking lateness

Did anyone in Germany receive issue 195 yet? Delivery was fine for issues 193 and 194, and now it's nearly been three weeks again...

Re: Subscription help

It says there regarding overseas-shipping: "Contact us if you have not received your magazine 14 days after UK on-sale date". Is this a joke? I would have needed to contact them for EVERY issue I received in the last 5 years. It has gotten worse now, I did never receive my regular subscription copie...

Re: Tracking lateness

No 190 here either. Just got the renewal-reminder by postal mail though which reads like an insult now... Maybe time to switch to illegal downloads of the PDFs and just buy the paper-magazines through Ebay later. You could get issue 191 there already...

Re: Tracking lateness

I'm still waiting for issue 189 (and 190) in Germany as well. My hope was to let the subscription run out and just buy the single issues through the webstore. But if these run late as well this is not really helping. At least I could pay these through Paypal and always open a "non-receipt"-conflict ...

Re: Tracking lateness

Thanks Darran, my original subscription copy of issue 177 arrived TODAY in Northern Germany (a full 5 weeks after the on-sale-date). I can also see in my subscription account that a replacement was sent on February, 27th. From reading the posts above a lot of people are still waiting for even older ...

Re: Tracking lateness

Still nothing here yet. On Facebook it says: "If anyone overseas is experiencing issues with their subscription please contact Darran at darran.jones@futurenet.com with the title of 'delayed subscription' and he'll do the rest." Did that last week, no reply either. Does anyone actually take care of ...

Re: Tracking lateness

Well, good for you. Germany is still waiting for issue 177. Sadly, no one at Retro Gamer or their subscription-team seems to care. No comment from them either here or on Facebook, where the issue has been brought up as well. I'd rather look online for an illegal PDF of the issue and if I want the ph...

Re: Tracking lateness

Well... Tuesday, Feb 20: Still not here for everyone I know in Germany. By far the longest it's taken yet and clearly not an isolated problem, this really is disappointing :( Still waiting in Germany myself. Good to see I'm not the only one. Delivery to Germany has always been very poor. Usually ma...
