Re: Games for young kids

My son got right into Minecraft when he was about 5. We used to have a map that we would build stuff in together. His teacher asked me one day if I did a lot of Maths with him as he was well above his peers in that regards and I had to admit that I didn't do any home tutoring with him. I put his str...

Re: Screenshot challenge.

Sure is. I think it came on Amiga Power. I remember being horrified by the graphics, but got bored one day and decided to give it a shot. Turned out to have fantastic gameplay (I never tried HOH so this was new).

Godzilla games

Hey My son is a fan of Godzilla (old and new) and he wants to spend some money on a game. Options we have are Wii-U, GC and Xbox360. I'm after something that he'll enjoy playing (he's 10). He has $50 to spend, although for an old game I would hope he wouldn't need to spend the lot. What would be the...

Re: Old School Lan Games - ON THE HUNT!

Gotta get Worms 2 Armageddon in there. I play that one with my wife and two kids every now and then. Pure classic.

Red Alert was always a good one for mp too.

Re: Top 25 Amiga Games

1. Secret of Monkey Island - Picked this one over the sequel purely for nostalgic reasons. Brilliant. Every now and then I'll boot this one up just to listen to the music. For a long time I wanted to grow up and be a pirate all thanks to this game. As a primary school teacher I would run 'dress like...
