Re: What Films/TV Have you Watched Recently?

I watched the new 300 movie yesterday and found it an utter campy joy. This movie is much better than you'd expect, an enjoyable way to waste some time. Eva Green deserves a particular mention as she represented at least 50% of the fun the movie had to offer. Her character was insane, sexy and dange...

Re: Which book(s) are you currently reading?

Words of Radiance by Bryan Sanderson, the second book in the Stormlight Archive series and it's been a pretty good read so far (only started reading it this morning). I'm a big fan of the first book in the series, Way of Kings, as it has some of the best written action in the fantasy genre.

Re: BBC 3 is going away

Well if it really was a choice between BBC4 or BBC3 they made the right choice. It's hard to find Danish drama on TV but Family Guy reruns are everywhere!

Re: Worst games ever

Silver Surfer for the NES. A trully God awful game that took advantage of my comicbook-centric naivety and left me with one of my first notable experiences of bad gaming. Aimless floating at easy targets and... that was it. It's the most half-arsed design game in living memory. Good soundtrack though.

Re: RIP Paul walker

This promo pic of him from FF6 really has a melancholic feel now so close to his death: http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3799/11151561324_b5bd2694d4_b.jpg It's really resonating with me to the point that I might just make a poster of it here . I don't know what it is about early celebrity deaths but it...

Re: Most played system.

As of now, PS3, since I got PS Plus I just feel obligated to at least try the free games on the service. However, the Dreamcast still remains a personal fav of mine and I do make a point to switch it on and have a few rounds of Tech Romancer.

This may be a subjective thing but Assassins Creed 2 almost cost me a degree. I was chasing those damn feathers till the morning of one of my exams.

Re: X-Box One/PS4: What have you got...

I'm getting my PS4 on monday (according to the good people at Amazon). I'll be waiting on making an Xbone purchase for now as the only game I wanna play on the system (Titanfall, obvioiusly) is also coming to PC, where I believe I'd have a lot more fun with it.
