Burning Mega CD games
I know this can be a prickly topic for retro gamers so by all means, I'm sorry if I'm talking out of turn. I have hooked up my Mega CD again and have tried to burn some games to play on it. As far as I understand, it doesn't have any copy protection built in. I'm having problems though as all the ga...

Re: Silent Bomber (PS1)
I loved Silent Bomber but never actually completed it. It was quite long if I remember.
It's a shame that it's reliant on the dual analogue sticks as that means I can't play it on a modded PSP.

Re: Favourite Sega Controller
The Dreamcast pad was great in my opinion. Not only did it feel real nice in the hands but the analogue triggers were really precise too. Not only this, but the option of adding a VMU! Absolutely revolutionary. The pad felt great and really chunky once the VMU and rumble pack were used at the same ...

Re: I fancy a Gameboy Advance
The only ones I would bother with are the AGS-101 model and the DS lite. I played on my original GBA the other day and whilst it was nice to hold, I could barely see the screen. I had to sit under a desk lamp just to see what was going on. If you don't mind playing in direct sunlight, then it does l...

Re: A machine/s you just couldnt feel the love for?
I love my Xbox One but the dashboard is properly doing my head in. When I boot up I want my games library front and centre. I can't even find my games library now, there is the game that has the disc in the drive and I can get it to go to Forza 6 uninstall page (which I don't want to do) but I can'...

Re: MAME - what do you use?
The last "latest" version of MAME that I downloaded had a ton of fruit machines on there, and I mean a ton! It was really disappointing scrolling through the list of games as there was so many of them.

Re: Buying from CEX online
A CEX opened in my local town about a year ago. I went in only after about a week or so of it opening and it still stunk like all the other CEX's. Amazing. Also, I went in once to get a disc cleaned. I had a chat with the guy behind the counter to find out the price and how long it would take. He to...

Erm... I don't think it's that straight forward I'm afraid. If you want me to tailor it to your needs, let me know. I'm happy to do that for you.

Re: Gaming Spreadsheets
A simple yes or no will do!
I've been working on that spreadsheet for years now so I'm glad you like it. Mine contains every single game I own apart from Steam games. I'm not a big PC gamer but I guess I should include them, I have paid for some of them after all.

Re: Gaming Spreadsheets
I have a spreadsheet that contains the name of the game, format, developer, publisher, my rating, genre, whether I've completed it, notes, rarity/value, price paid and the date I bought it. On other sheets I have a list of PAL N64 games (I'm trying to complete the set you see) a list of peripherals/...
