One thing I have always wondered: Were coin-ops in Europe fitted with NTSC monitors and 110V converters? 220V PSUs? Wasn't it kind of a nuisance to sell them outside the US? I always thought it was extremely similar to Cosmic Avenger (or rather, the other way around), which I really liked on the ColecoVision (rented one a few times).

The Amiga had a much stronger demoscene where the musicians were big names. Jesper Kyd. Romeo Knight. And so many others I'm forgetting. They got much more memory available for their music and typically sounded that much better. They also didn't have to make something that would need to work togethe...
