Re: What's Your Favorite Driving/Racing Game Ever?
Just got Burnout Paradise Remastered on the PS4. Much better than the PC version I had years ago. Cheap in the supermarkets at the moment as well as from A****n. Definitely worth a game or two. If you fancy doing some of the online stuff, my PSN id is MrCrusherX Still play NFS Most Wanted- PS3 and R...

Get hold of Elite128. Yes, it'll work and you'll not have to bugger about with docking either. Just pause the game when you've arrived at the new star system, save, then load new game. You're now in the space station of that star system. You don't even NEED to be in the safe zone. Buy a docking comp...

Hi all. I have a theory: Time/No of games= gaming prowess. If you have loads of games, your time is divided between them and you never really get a chance to become great at any particular game unless you "neglect" others. However, if you practice FPS's for eg, you'll generally be better at all FPS'...

Longest recorded load time :- MUST be Gunship -C64 tape. Would take at least 30mins(no exaggeration) to actually start flying from starting to load the tape. It took 20mins just to get to the mission briefing and helicopter setup screen. I must have had far to much time on my hands when I was younge...

In the mame32ui readme and help sections, it says you should use a usb pad and it will be recognised. It also infers PSX/usb converters can be used:- MameUI may fail to launch its games in situations where an errant, non-DX compliant, or badly written gamepad USB adapter driver/software is used. Thi...

MameUI32 0122s
Just downloaded MameUI32 0122s, the latest version and can't get my joypad working with it. In previous Mame setups, I've been using a USB/PSX adaptor to run a PS dualshock joypad with no probs at all. Still got Mame32 0113s installed and all the Roms work as well as the pad being recognised in the ...

Was gonna be stupid and say the Jag controller. Ha Ha. Then I thought about the keypad that came with Star Raiders for the 2600. Not a bad game but the keypad seemed to have a 5 second lag between button press and response. Best ever - Original PS pad followed by the PS dual shock. Great Dpads and a...

Didn't have any probs with lag or "choppiness", on or off line for the PC, always had very smooth, lag free games----when the server was up. I've not checked for the past couple of months though ALL servers had supposedly been discontinued in October according to various forums. Apparently, due to l...
