Re: What are you currently playing?

Fallout 4, fairly easy to immerse myself in it so makes things a bit more tolerable, currently exploring Nukaworld and I'm hoping Far Harbour will unglitch itself so I can continue my quests there.

Baby Driver - switched it off after an hour, so dull.
I'm the polar oppisite, I positively loved it and really liked how the soundtrack drove the scenes, probably helps being a car guy though.

Tonight if I'm still up I've got the choice of Apocalypse now and Swamp thing.

Re: Definative place for solving PC game issues?

No, just does same thing as before, doesn't even load the first screen even if you take the restrictions out entirely which I suppose is a bit less dissapointing then NFS Pro streets trick of allowing you to race and then dying on the results screen.

Re: The history of hard drivin arcade documentary

Not bad, remember trying to play it very young and being frustrated as I didn't know how to use the gears yet.

Re: Minor or lesser known Arcade Coin-Ops you really liked

Rally game that I can't recall the name of but did have the same generation of Toyota Celica in it as Sega Rally did. Neo Drift Out? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9Tm9FxsXU8 Certainly looks like it could be it, it's been about 20 years though memories a little foggy, remember its replacement viv...

Re: Backwards Compatability

It can be bloody handy to have, I need just one working GBA to play everything in its catalouge and having the XBone, 360 and PS2 with their capabilities makes like a little easier without needing to swap consoles out all the time.

Re: Today

Today I had planned to work on my models and try and figure out selling some stuff off to get some money in while continuing to sort out this ESA mess, insted thanks to my drugs I woke at sometime around 4pm feeling like having been on a bender so its probably going to be a long fun night.

Re: Today

Who are you again? ;) Sorry to hear it's gone so badly. Very young to be in such a bad way :( Not seeing you often, I was surprised how quickly things progressed. First time, you were fine. Then you had restricted movement. Now you're hardly getting around. Yeah. It sucks! Wish I'd been to an event...

Re: Definative place for solving PC game issues?

I had already found and did the lot on that guide, I had ran it fine on the Win 7 tower but that had a lot older hardware set up which could be a cause if that guide is anything to go by, MSi uses a modern i7 where as the tower runs a Core 2 quad on a motherboard from 2008.

Definative place for solving PC game issues?

Has anyone got any good forums or sources that they can recommend? Several games now I'm stumped with getting to work on my windows 10 MSi machine, latest being Dirt where I've done every fix to no change (Crashes immediately to a black screen), I'd do away with Windows 10 if I could but unfortunate...

Ebay hacked advice

Hopefully theres still some of the old guard around who've been using it longer than I have. I logged into my ebay account after a hiatus from selling to find it locked (no emails sent to my email address from ebay to alert), I got it back open to find that the email and phone had been changed, unfo...

XB 360 controller - Repair or replace?

Popped in Off Topic as most wouldn't say its Retro quite yet. I've been using my 360 the last few days during my model building as a few games aren't usable still from my collection on the One and I found out while Dectective Cole Phelps ran off in random directions that my Left stick is most likely...
