Re: What grinds your gears ?

Amazon are very good at refunds if you contact them compare to eBay which takes forever The few times I’ve had an issue they’ve refunded me almost immediately. Second that for the most part although I had issues with a jacket and it took reporting the buyer for the guy to sort it, guy acctually ins...

Re: Today

Today, I seem to be back "Off the wagon" because "Reasons" we can't discuss on this site. Is it normal to be looking up technical details and console modes when tipsy? If it's one of your hobbies then yes, I've pretty much searched for cars and built entire modification plans for them whilst on it....

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

After careful consideration and the realisation that I am not a millionaire and will never afford some of the Saturn games I want, I flashed my action replay cart with pseudo Saturn kai lite. Works a charm Id suggest buying a Rhea for it, no discs needed, but yeah, the bloke that makes them only se...

Re: What grinds your gears ?

Speaking of cars, buying car insurance is a painful experience, at least for me. The jargon, the endless Ts & Cs, the threat of giving false information leading to you being tarred and feathered, makes it all very head battering. Try when they are heaviley modified, online won't run it and when you...

Re: What grinds your gears ?

modern car led lights that appear to be way too bright This. It sometimes feels like everybody is driving about with main beam on. Surely - being LEDs - this is bad for your eyes... I don't know why they don't just apply a filter tbh, cars have been getting 'fly-eyes' for years so its perfectly pos...

Re: What Films/TV Have you Watched Recently?

Somehow found myself watching Begin Japanology via youtube, fairly informative although a few episodes got a bit long winded, the name seal thing looks pretty cool however they are expensive if you wanted to order one online.

Switch V-Rally 4 - yes, it's as bad as a lot of the reviews.
Switch Astral Chain - incredible anime-inspired adventure from the designers of Neir: Automata.

GPD Colin Mcrae Rally 2, Galahad and Golden Axe 3 via Retroarch
What does GPD stand for?

Re: What are you currently playing?

Border DOOM Its DOOM with borderlands style random weapon drops. It really needs a new map pack as it feels wrong Is it a free to play? I've still yet to get around to playing the Sonic Doom I downloaded a while back. It uses GZDOOM, you will need the WADs to play it, but yes, its free Cheers, I'll...

Re: Ebay is flooded with repros. Can anything be done?

I've got a few GBA carts I know are fake off the bat but for the most part it was just purely price vs not mattering if lost or chewed by my then tiny puppy. They do occasionally search or at least have algorithims that do so as I got called up for selling a JD gift set on alcahol sale despite it sa...

Re: How Far Behind in the Magazine Issues Are You?

I tend to mark the article by folding the corners so I can see at a glance what's unread. You realise the impact that statement will have on the audience here? I can hear it now, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror. Wait till they see what I do with them, they get binned or cut up...

Re: The most disappointed you've ever been in a release

Many times I've sat expecting something and it's only wind. Sorry not that kind of realease. Games I'd say Need for Speed Payback, it promised customisation and the all new amazing super duper M5. Customisation was really limited, not even a fraction of what you could do in Carbon that was released ...
