Re: What Films/TV Have you Watched Recently?

Dragged out my DVD copy of Ultramarines, CGI really hasn't aged well but it's alright if you are into 40k and you can find it cheap (it is actually on youtube in it's entirety but its real poor quality). Slowly working my way to the Xmas movies too, been stuck watching some awful hallmark/movies 24 ...

Re: What are you currently playing?

Spent the night awake so popped in Mad Max as been feeling like building some post apocalyptic stuff again so it's good inspiration, I forgot how long it was so seems I've barely made a dent in things as I've been trying to build Max and the MO up as much as I can to make things easier.

Re: Time to re read old Retrogamer Magazines

I sold virtually all of mine around 6 years ago. I found that once I became a dad my gaming time would be less so I decided that I'd get rid of them to someone who'd get some enjoyment. Plus to be honest the last few issues I got included in my subscription I didn't even open so I think it was time...

Re: Coronavirus

A folder will drive you nuts on that kind of trip, you really want a mild MTB or hybrid for that, I'd say go second hand and carry a tool kit so you can take it apart partially to transport and then rebuild at your destination. My Bike is racked up despite technically being a DH in configuration, go...

Re: Coronavirus

Only thing that would worry me about that is how strong it will be as it's not designed to have those stress points that adding a folding mechanism would add, folders only really make sense if mega short on space or using stuff regularly where a full size Bike isnt allowed as they are crap for going...

Re: Today

I think stuff like facebook groups and some of the issues that were going on (was still away myself so can't comment) that claimed most of the regulars.

Re: Coronavirus

It happens man, if you were more local I might've been able to sort you a loan of mine as it's been sat a while now. The thing with bikes is they will pretty much last as long as the frame lasts so don't write it off yet, my Bike is 15 years old bearing the scars of many jumps, crashes and just mila...

Re: Coronavirus

You can temp take the gears out of the equasion if you have access to a link removal tool, its not perfect but you simply pick a middle ground ratio wise that you can comfortably cruise in as well as take off with. I've had that problem a few times, some crashes and when an @rsewipe ran a moped into ...

Re: Coronavirus

Doesn't always have to be make something, can be pretty much anything, is more a case of b...

Re: Coronavirus

I try and make myself find things to do where I can, even mild small things, it's far from perfect but it takes the edge off the stir crazy sometimes, atm on my good days I'm going to try to do a spot more model making I have the supplies for that still (wish I acctually had some 40k stuff but that ...

Re: New Game and watch

Fun fact a NG Pocket does it too providing the memory battery is good, just access it by switching it on without a cart and also get the days horoscope, both are too quiet for my teen self though, my 3410 and Darth Maul lightsaber clock just about worked and would wake most of the house as I was alw...

Re: New Game and watch

It's based on the idea of travel watches so you'd have it set on the side rather than nessacerily digging it out your pocket each time, they did eventually make a wrist version which is why it sucks the Gameboy watch's are so poor and basic in construction. I'm quite intrigued by these as while I di...
