Re: Retro Gaming Revolution - 1st October 2011 - Chelmsford

It's not too bad getting the last train back seeing as a lot of people seem to scarper around that time (also I'd have to get back for work in the morning), but cheers for the offer :) no probs, was thinking if you were driving it may be handy, just you would have to drive from Manchester to work :)

Re: Retro Gaming Revolution - 1st October 2011 - Chelmsford

Yeah, I haven't been for a while! Unfortunately the last couple of months have clashed with something or another. Will see if I can gather a few Liverpool RGers together to come over for the next one :) If Gaz isn't in attendance I have a spare room & bed available you can make use of if that helps...

Re: Retro Gaming Revolution - 1st October 2011 - Chelmsford

Please can you share the AA link for where the video was posted. I can't find it. As for the AA Event post, it had no replies at all http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/187995-retro-gaming-revolution-1st-october-2011-chelmsford-uk/ Although it seems AA has a larger American following, with mostly ...

Re: Retro Gaming Revolution - 1st October 2011 - Chelmsford

So was the game not shown? I was only looking for video/pics of it to see what it was as I couldn't make the event. I had no idea if it was there or not. Shame if it wasn't. @Svenski. cheers, although what I plan to release at this time isn't a game, there are plenty in the works :D I *may* have som...

Re: Retro Gaming Revolution - 1st October 2011 - Chelmsford

Jagfest_UK.. believe what you will, I am not getting dragged into a pointless 'debate', anyone who cares can find out everything they want with a few clicks anyway. I only linked the vid as people are keen to know about the new Jag game, so far I haven't seen anything about it keen to know more. Eve...

Re: Retro Gaming Revolution - 1st October 2011 - Chelmsford

Don't worry I won't forget!!! :D I see the video I posted has spread like wildfire all over the internet already with a very positive reaction! (except on AA sadly where they seem to be less than impressed) Why do you constantly try and stir? There have been no negative comments on the video or the...

Are they Arcade boards or AES/MVS type games? Find a friendly and tame collector and borrow? or perhaps see if its possible to get cloned copies?

Going round my ex girl friends house to look at her new prize and joy (3DO Panasonic) and watching her fail miserably to play Road Rash, having my turn and getting onto the 3rd level/stage on my 1st go without any serious effort :) She wasn't impressed, but then she was my ex and I didn't really car...

A couple I can think of: From the distant past of being about 15 and entering a gaming competition in local WH Smiths. Rules were each person got 2 goes at each of the 2 games, the highest score in 5 mins per go wins. After 2 minutes into the 1st game the organizer turns to his collegue and says "I ...
