Most things tend to use either esc or apple-f. Although MacMAME uses option-apple-h just to be crazy. Don't have the emu myself, so hope one of those works.

If the sequel to Sam and Max goes tits up again, then I'll choose that.

And whoever said Stunt Race FX is 100% correct. I was bitterly disappointed when I loaded it up recently. Some modern hardware would make it ace (allow it to run more than 3fps).
