So I can buy the latest issue over the phone? Strange they don't advertise this on the website, but it's good to know. Thanks. (I also think it's strange the back issues page only features issues of the "old" Retro Gamer - I assume it's possible to buy back issues of "new" RG as well?) I wish they'd...

The title of the magazine is Retro Gamer. If all you want is a magazine that just bangs on about the old games you used to play so you can have a nice little nostalgia trip then fair enough. Well, that's not what I said, was it? :) Some of us though, well we actually like to play the games. What? A...

Re:
First of all, the RetroRated section. I personally don't mind reviews of re-releases and the like, but I can't say I'm fond of full page reviews for new games just because they may have a retro heritage (Battles of PoP) or games that only have a retro-styled look to them but are entirely new games ...

Re:
Live was the only company I EVER saw that had individual issue buying online. Let's hope more companies (i.e. Imagine) learn from them, then. I honestly don't understand what's so difficult about giving people the chance to buy individual issues of the mag online. It's the most sensible thing to do...

Re:
I can find out for you mate, not sure myself but will post later a response letting you exactly when your first issue will be Thanks for that. Looking at Darran's comment in another thread, it seems my first issue will be issue 20, but I'll cross my fingers and hope he's wrong. I suppose my money w...

Re:
Because the first issue is now out, your sub would start from issue 20 (however, you would be able to obviously back order issue 19) What? Nooooo!!! So even if I subscribed yesterday I have to wait for the current issue to become a "back issue" before I get to buy it (for an increased price), provi...
