Re: Anybody read the Eastman Laird Ninja Turtles Graphic Nov

You're right in them being miserable, I read them as a kid and they certianly differed form the cartoon, not 100% on the Shredder side of things, but I know Raphael took the identity of Shredder at some stage in the comics as well as Leonardo losing a hand and one of the others becoming a cyborg!

Modern Movies With A Retro Feel

Hi all, this post came about as I watched "Trick 'r Treat" last night and I was expecting a disaster, turned out to be quite a good watch! The reason I enjoyed it is that it didn't try to be a serious horror and it went back to days of films such as Halloween, so are there any recent movies which yo...

Captain Britain yeah.....worked with the British version of S.H.I.E.L.D which was called S.T.R.I.K.E! As much as I liked the idea behind I don't think we were ready for a superhero from Essex!

Re: Most wanted toys as a kid?

I remember being somewhat of a pauper as a kid, and there was always this one kid who had the latest thing, I remember having not just one but ALL of the M.A.S.K vehicles and when I asked for a go he said I could for 20p. I begged my parents accordingly following that traumatic ordeal!
